🔮 Accept my life’s challenge. Use it to make a difference. Don’t let the chronic label control anymore of your life.
🔮 Be mindful in living with the undiagnosed pieces of my chronic condition. Find answers.
🔮 It’s OK to be tired. Rest when needed, your healing, this isn’t a race.
🔮 Loose the weight I can, and be confident with what’s left. Chunky is sexy, own it.
🔮 Walk more, even if it’s only a few steps, get your ass up and walk.
🔮 Stay funny, belly laughs burn calories too.
🔮 Continue to do your part in spreading awareness for rare and chronic illnesses.
🔮 Continue to advocate for alternative treatment & Cannabis legalization.
🔮 Less mess, less stress.
🔮 Detox, Detox, Detox. Your mind, body & contact list. If it doesn’t matter, get rid of it.
🔮 Try to be late a little less.
🔮 Stay humble, stay kind, but take no shit.
🔮 Stay Stubborn
🔮 Be more eco-conscious.
🔮 Give those I love a break from my constant whine.
🔮 Cuss more- It’s therapeutic.
🔮 Find a doctor who listens.
🔮 Continue on the spiritual awakening path. Meditate, find peace, stay grounded.
🔮 Keep reading, researching, learning. Knowledge is a bad ass superpower to have.
🔮 Keep creating new shit.
🔮 Talk less, flip the bird more.
🔮 Understand your gonna break some resolutions, keep your head up, there’s always 2017.
🔮 Stay bad-ass, you’ve got this far. Keep pushing forward, you’ve got this shit.
